Mr. Kim attended the University of Florida and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and attended the University of Memphis School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1980.

Mr.Ronald W. Kim is the owner of the Memphis based law firm of RON KIM LAW, an Association of Trial Lawyers and has offices in Tennessee, Florida and Alabama. His legal practice focuses on injury, business, and intellectual property, biotech and health law matters. Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Alabama and Florida courts. Ronald W. Kim is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association including the sections of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Health Law, Memphis Shelby County Bar Association, including the section of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Florida Bar Association and Alabama Bar Association.

Mr. Ronald W. Mr. Ronald W. Kim was a co-founder of the Biotech Company, Viral Antigens Inc., and was in-house counsel for that Company for many years. Viral Antigens Inc. was subsequently purchased by a public company, Meridian BioSciences, Inc.
